Alison is a certified Personal Trainer with ACE  Her passion for fitness and wellness is not something new. As a former Aquatic Group Fitness Instructor, Swim Coach for both children and adults and a Synchronized Swimming Coach, she has been in and out of the fitness industry for 16 years. Prior to purchasing her Baby Boot Camp franchise, Alison put her Bachelor of Commerce to use in the Advertising Industry.

Alison is an avid runner having completed numerous 5k, 10k and ½ Marathon Runs. Alison also completed her first Marathon at the Ottawa Marathon in May 2006, just prior to moving to the Bay Area from Ottawa, Canada. She was recently awarded 2010 Franchise Owner of the Year. Alison is excited about building a fantastic community while helping Mums to meet their fitness goals.
