Location Directions:
We meet at the running track adjacent to the P.A.L. Building. Parking is available in the P.A.L. parking lot (free of charge) or in the metered spots. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. Don't forget lots of water, a towel, and a yoga mat (if you have one).

Bio:
A Florida resident for the last twenty years, Dana lives with her husband, Mario, and two children, Alexa (4/05) and Jayke (8/07), in Miami Shores. She is AFAA certified as a Personal Trainer and also holds current CPR certification. In addition to her involvement with Baby Boot Camp, Dana has a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University and also attended University of Florida for her undergraduate coursework.
