My daughter Emily (11/05) and I are thrilled to bring Baby Boot Camp to Cape Coral. I am excited to provide the opportunity for woman to get fit while still spending time with their children. I have a tremendous amount of respect for all women and want to support them through health/fitness education as they experience life changes associated with pregnancy and motherhood. Before becoming a mother myself, I was an Elementary School Teacher for five years. I have enjoyed years of dancing and exercise training. I currently hold my Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA.
