ASK Kristen: Are Quick Workouts Effective?

Q: "I have a toddler and I don't always have a large block of time to workout. I read recently that several 10-15 minute workouts a day is just as good as one long session. Is that true? -Cathi W.

A: You are correct. You can get a workout in as little at 9 minutes a day. Make sure you target your major muscle groups and if time allows, complete your 9 minute routine a second time.
