About the Authors

In addition to her executive role as CEO of Baby Boot Camp®, she continues to teach Baby Boot Camp® classes and offer private and small group training for women. She strives to help women improve their fitness level and body image before, during, and after the childbearing years. Kristen lives in Sarasota, Florida, with her husband and two children.

Amanda Vogel, MA, is a busy mom in Vancouver, B.C. and a health and fitness author with a master’s degree in human kinetics. In addition to being a certified fitness professional with more than sixteen years of experience working in the fitness industry, Amanda has written for top consumer magazines, including Fit Pregnancy, Today’s Parent, Best Health, Chatelaine, Cooking Light, Health, All You, Fitness, Self, Shape, and Prevention.
