Fitness Friday for new moms

TUCSON, AZ (KOLD) – In this week's Fitness Friday, we have some motivation for new moms looking to get fit for the new year. The most important aspect of fitness for new moms is to just start doing something, said Alysa Bajenaru with Baby Boot Camp.
You don't even need a gym, you can just get outside with the baby in the stroller, Bajenaru said.
She carries resistance bands and a mat in her stroller so she can interact with her baby while working out. Plus, that way she doesn't need to have someone else watch her kids.
One important thing to do is to find another mom or a group, so someone is there to keep you accountable, Bajenaru said.
