Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes are designed
specifically to help moms get fit.It takes the place of a personal
trainer at a time in your lif e when you need one more than ever.
Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular
drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core
strength. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!)
are used as an integral part of the workout.
A variety of class formats are available to meet your fitness
needs, including indoor, outdoor, prenatal and express. Request your first class FREE!
Safe and Effective
The
structure of all Baby Boot Camp classes follows the guidelines
set by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and
the American Council on Exercise. In addition to being trained
and certified by Baby Boot Camp, instructors are required
to have one or more current group exercise or personal trainer
certification from a nationally recognized organization such
as the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association
of America or the American College of Sports Medicine. Baby
Boot Camp is recognized by the American
Council on Exercise as a "Continuing Education
Specialist."
